Before, all of Sofia's toys were lined up along the wall and in front of the fireplace.
I put the kitchen thing in the dining room (aka future playroom/piano room). I also put most of the toys in the TV console and a few behind the coach. Aaaah, doesn't that look so much better? This was taken after Sofia was in bed.
In order to fit the toys in the TV console I had to reorganize somethings. So I went to Ikea and bought a couple baskets to make it easier. I love that everything has a place now, besides in plain sight!
I really do love to organize and I get such a sense of satisfaction when it is all done, but if there is a lot to be done I just get so overwhelmed. That's why this whole process is good for me because there are a few areas of our house that REALLY need some organization, but I haven't done it yet because there is so much to do. Now I have the motivation to get it done!
