She's All Girl

Sofia is my little girly girl. She loves shoes, pretty clothes, makeup, baby dolls, and fairies. She also worships the two neighbor girls, who are ages 8 & 9, and talks about them all day until they come out to play in the late evening. She calls them "Big Kids". I try to have her use their real names, but they don't seem to mind. Last night when it was time for Sofia to come inside for dinner, one of the girls offered to carry Sofia to our front door so she wouldn't be sad about going inside. Too bad these girls won't be of babysitting age for another 4-5 years.

One of the only ways I can get Sofia to sit still long enough to brush and style her wild hair is by letting her play with some of my old makeup.
