I was going to make the Pasta Fagioli today (I'm a day behind on our menu) for dinner, but then realized I needed a couple ingredients from the store. My car has been having problems today so grocery shopping wasn't an option. Instead I used the ground turkey intended for the soup, to make the MOST delicious turkey burgers!
