Father's Day Dinner


I'm so excited for Father's Day this weekend. It is going to be a weekend filled with fun, family, friends, sun, food, and one big surprise (hopefully). I have been pretty good about meal planning the last couple weeks and have discovered a great love for cooking. Who knew! So this Sunday I am going to attempt something a little more gourmet (well in my book anyways). Sprouts, I really love that store, has filet mingon for half off this week, so this is what I'm going to make with something that involves Blue Bell Cookies N' Cream ice cream (as requested from Josef). We'll see how it goes!
